Reward Policy

Board members are not allowed to receive vacancy allowance for their effort they ‘ve spend for FHRO. However, travel expenses and advance payments made on behalf of the Foundation can be claimed. In order to finance the payments, an original receipt is required and must be send to info@fhro.org. The same applies to volunteers who perform services for the Foundation. Volunteers don’t get financially rewarded for their efforts nor they get compensated for the time they spend for the Foundation. However, advanced expenses and travel expenses made for the Foundation can be claimed. There for a receipt must be provided at all times. FHRO accepts only receipts that have been send to info@fhro.org
